Not bad, my man, not bad at all. :)

Thank you for filling me in that this song existed, because I'm quite glad I listened. Well done!

I have a new one up thats currently running #4 on the top 5, if you haven't heard it yet. :)

Very nice. :)

Very nice indeed. It has a very innocent-yet-not-so-innocent feel to it. I like that.

One thing I'd watch for: the samples you used have a very midi-like quality to them which I guess some people may like, but personally it takes away from the feel in my mind. Also, the ending is somewhat abrupt. There's a long moment of silence at the end, but I'm not marking down your score for that.

Swell, man. Swell indeed. Keep it up!

i agree, i'll have to have another shot at this one at some point.

Thanks for the review fella. :)

Consider your request granted

It's not bad, but there are two major things sticking out at me about it:

1) it's very repetitive (although I will soon be listening to it again on better quality speakers, so that may or may not be true).
2) You've got the beginning notes of the sequence wrong (whether or not you've done it on purpose, I really have no way of knowing) and no matter how much I try to like the change, it just glares at me.

Otherwise, not bad! And thanks for your review on mine.

ganon95 responds:

thanks for the review!

yea, the begin. notes were a little off when i first made the song so i had to change them to make them fit in with the song.

Nicely done!

Well met, Daniel old friend. Your work is coming together nicely. All you need to do now is balance your bass out and throw in a few more variations on melody. You're off to a great start!

=D

Thanks. Your always there to encourage me.
I'll see what I can do. Perhaps We'll talk later on that matter.

lol

Nicely adapted, but I can't help being amused at some previous reviewers' misconceptions. :P

This is nicely done, a bit midi for my taste but, then again, that's pretty much a taste thing. I also tend to like mixes that move a little farther away from the original, but again, a matter of taste.

Good job!

And for anyone reviewing this after me, Kefka is from FF6, which in the United States was called FF3. :)

Not too bad...

Okay. The beginning sounds kind of muddly, but I like the guitar stuff -- that's totally Slayer isn't it? lol I love Slayer

Anyway

One suggestion I've got for you: the organ is too high, and in some places the bass is too low. Overall, the song really didn't shout out to me, didn't have the intensity the original song did.

Still, not bad, not bad.

Excellent as usual

Honestly man, you put me to shame with every new mix you make.

Keep it up!

Brilliant!

Wish I had that kind of talent, I really do.

But to both of you, I would LOVE to do a collab project with one or both of you one of these days -- that is, if my work is up to snuff.

Nicely done, loving it, 5'd, will DL as soon as I get home, all that jazz. :)

Usually I don't listen to goth music

But at your request, I couldn't resist a listen. If you're using something like FL, I definitely WANT the drum samples. :P

I like this a lot. Brilliant, dark feel to it. Little bit repetitive, but with enough variation that it doesn't show much. This would be a great musical overtone to -- Oooh! It just changed! And I like the change! Around 2:30, listening as I review -- so, I take that back. Beautifully dark and captivating... Not the type of stuff I normally listen to but I can see a lot of beauty in it. I wish I were a Flash artist so I could come up wtih something for it.

5/5, and a 9/10, well deserved. Keep listening to my stuff, and when I have time I may just check out more of yours.

Dl'ed!

Aha! Took the review virginity!

Very, VERY nice. I am quite impressed. VEry good ambient feel, but my one real critique is that (to be fair, I don't know the song) it sounded very repetitive. Try and give your next mix some variation.

But overall, brilliant job, man!

9/10, 4/5

Ukobacho responds:

thxs i'll be sure to do that next time^^

I'm Kyle, amateur mixer. My work is based mostly on games, though I dip in and out of originality as a break every so often. Mixing is my primary way to waste time, but I write plenty of fan fiction as well, which is available at the website below. :-)
